Self-care is engaging in activities and behaviours that have a positive effect on your mental and physical health. There is no one thing or even a list of things that encompasses self-care. It’s different for each person. We are here to encourage you to take a little bit of time for yourself, away from the hustle of running a business, and the strain of taking care of your family.
