Cheryl Price is a hardworking mum of two young boys, and step-mum to two more boys and one girl; having five children between 18 months and 11 years, certainly keeps her busy. That’s why she fully understand and appreciate the need for more flexibility around core services when it comes running a business as well as looking after your family; that’s why she created a business model that works perfectly for busy mums and dads who have their own businesses.
Cheryl has nearly 15 years’ experience working in accounting practices, and within a business; dealing with a range of successful, fast-growing companies. She became AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualified in 2006 and completed a Payroll Management Diploma with ICB. She prides herself on her commitment to her clients and the consistent, high-quality service that she provides. Cheryl is passionate about her own professional development and completed her ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification in May 2017. Over the last three years, CH Accountancy has gone from strength to strength and is growing rapidly into new premises, with team members Louise and Vikki.
Cheryl loves being able to help other parents to realise their dreams and set up their own businesses. It can be quite challenging at times to juggle work and family life, but when you have the professional support you need in place, it really can work.
One thing that’s always been a key driver in pushing her business forward is to have something to work towards - and Cheryl’s bucket list is full of incredible destinations around the globe. Australia is top of her list - as an Ozzy soap geek, Cheryl says she absolutely needs to visit the Home & Away and Neighbours TV sets! She’d love to do a road-trip around America in a Winnebago, and experience peace, relaxation and contemplation in Thailand; Cheryl says there are so many more places to discover, but one guarantee is it will never happen in Tax Return January!
